Domestic Order Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

How to Request a Return/Exchange:
Initiate the process by emailing ecomlittleindia@gmail.com within 6 days of receiving your product.
Note: Any requests for return or exchange made after 6 days from receiving the product will not be accepted.
Return Process:
Note: Refunds are subject to the product passing our quality checks. All products bought from blockbuster sale or Never before, never after are not eligible for refunds, they can only be exchanged.
***If you return an item from a bundle that had a discount, the refund will be based on the final value after the return. For example, if you bought two items worth ₹3000 each with a 10% bundle discount, but return one item, the refund for the remaining item will be recalculated with a 5% discount, not 10%.
If you brought single product with 10% off, with minimum cart valued at 6000/- and the return a product , a full refund of the paid amount will be issued after the item passes quality control.
Exchange Process:
Note: Exchanges are processed post-quality checks. Product exchanged has to be of same value or higher that purchased product to be exchanged.
